Our
Leadership

Kofi Owusu-Acheaw, Founder and Managing Partner of Semper, KOACH & O.

Kofi Owusu-Acheaw

Founder & Managing Partner

Kofi Owusu-Acheaw is the Founder and Managing Partner of Semper, KOACH & O. Ltd (KOACH & O), a strategy and advisory firm built on disciplined thinking, institutional navigation, and long-term value creation. A pan-African industrialist and economist, he has shaped the firm's philosophy: lead with clarity, move with integrity, and align the right people, structures, and timing to unlock outcomes.

Beyond the firm, he builds the capability Africa has too often had to import. He has founded ventures in artificial intelligence and autonomous systems on African soil, led a workforce of more than 1,300, coordinated a billion-dollar smart-city programme, and built enterprises across the extractives, finance and infrastructure value chains, with a wider portfolio spanning private credit, trade and food security.

Known for a measured, principled approach, Kofi advises across real-economy sectors including agribusiness, logistics and infrastructure, strategic real estate, financial services, and security-focused technology. His conviction is simple: that Africa should produce, not import, the capability that secures its own future.
